Each WGL4 font includes 652 characters and supports European languages.
Also known as the "PanEuropean" character set, the"WGL4" (Windows Glyph List 4) character set was developed by Microsoft. It includes characters that Western, Central, and Eastern European writing systems rely on. It also includes Baltic, Cyrillic, Greek, and Turkish characters.

The fonts are available in Windows TrueType format. WGL4 fonts include six different "scripts" or character sets: Baltic, Central European, Cyrillic, Greek, Turkish, and Western:
