The license agreement also includes a set of more than 50 high-quality display and text fonts from Bitstream.

Bitstream developed a core set of delta-hinted fonts with the Linux environment in mind. Delta hinting involves fine-tuning fonts so that they look good on the screen, even at small point sizes on low-resolution devices, such as computer monitors. Lindows.com also selected a set of more than 50 fonts from Bitstream's extensive library to ship with the LindowsOS.

Bitstream's typographers have more than 20 years' experience making high-quality typographic designs for developers of applications and operating systems.
