Case Studies Featured in PODi Best Practices Report, Including Best
Practices Award Finalists and Winner

that four Pageflex customer case studies have been included in the
newly-released report PODi
Best Practices in Digital Print. This highly acclaimed report
showcases case studies in a broad range of vertical markets and
business applications. Each of the four Pageflex customer case studies
have been judged to contribute to PODi’s best practices principles.
Two of the four case studies were also judged finalists in the PODi
Best Practices award competition, with one of these ultimately winning
the best practices award.
The case study “Kennesaw
State University’s Student Recruitment Brochure”
features Pageflex customer Data Supplies Inc. (DSI) who uses Pageflex
Mpower to produce highly personalized communications with prospective
students for Kennesaw State University, meeting their goals of reducing
printing and mailing expenses while maintaining a leading role among
colleges and universities by successfully recruiting top students.
The case study “Crabtree
& Evelyn Treat Yourself Promotion Increased Sales”
features Pageflex customer Spire who used Pageflex Mpower to create
a personalized holiday promotional campaign, including customized
discount cards. The personalized campaign, targeted to existing
Crabtree & Evelyn customers, is credited with increasing year-end
holiday sales.
A finalist in the Best Practices Award competition, the case study
“Bridgestone
Equips its Dealers to Sell More” features Pageflex customer
Copyco Solutions who use Pageflex Mpower and .EDIT to host a custom
advertising portal that makes it easier for Bridgestone dealers
and retailers to develop advertisements and marketing materials.
The custom advertising portal provides numerous benefits including
reducing lead time, increasing dealer participation in the co-op
marketing program, and increasing sales.
One of only two Best Practices Award winners, the case study “Washington
State Department of Printing Cuts Costs and Adds Revenue”
features Pageflex customer Washington State Department of Print
who use Pageflex .EDIT as part of a self-service print ordering
portal that provides customers from 367 Washington State agencies
with one-stop shopping for stationery, display, collateral and other
print products. The portal launched in June 2004 and has streamlined
production, reduced spoilage, and generated additional revenue.
