Variations in How Web Fonts Display You
may notice some variation in how your fonts display in Netscape
Communicator and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Some of these variations
occur because the two browsers do not support HTML exactly the same.
For example, if you use Cascading Style Sheets, word and letter
spacing are not supported the same in both browsers.
The variations can also occur because the browsers render fonts
on the screen differently.
- For Internet Explorer to apply anti-aliasing
to text, you must enable the Microsoft
Font Smoother.
- Netscape Communicator, on the other hand,
applies anti-aliasing to all fonts.
