If you are having problems using any of the WebFont tools (WebFont Wizard, WebFont Maker, WebFont Player) this section provides the help you need.

Problems viewing fonts on any dynamic font pages
If you are unable to view dynamic fonts, make sure you are using a supported browser.

If you still cannot view dynamic fonts, especially if you cannot view fonts that you were able to view in the past, clear the browser's cache. You can perform this operation without having to restart your browser.
For instructions, choose one of the following:

• Clearing the cache for Netscape 4.x (Windows or Mac OS)
• Clearing the cache for Internet Explorer (Windows only)

If clearing your browser cache does not improve font viewing on a web page, try these steps:

• Changing your browser's encoding
• Reloading the WebFont Player for Internet Explorer (Windows only)
• Setting dynamic font use in Netscape

Problems viewing fonts on pages you built
If you still cannot see dynamic fonts, check to see if the problem exists using Netscape, Internet Explorer, or both.

• Dynamic fonts do not display in any browser
• Fonts do not display using Internet Explorer for Windows
• Fonts do not display using Netscape 4.x

Dynamic fonts display with poor quality

• Fonts appear jagged
• Font looks different in different browsers
• Some characters display as white boxes
