Follow these steps to remove the WebFont Player from Windows, then let it download again.

• Close Internet Explorer
• Open Windows Explorer
• Open the Windows folder or the WINNT folder on your hard drive
• Open the "Downloaded Program Files" folder
• Right click on the file: "TDServer Control". On the pop-up menu, choose Remove
• Answer Yes or OK to "Are you sure?"

Next:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Reload the site with dynamic fonts
• Accept the download from Bitstream
